RALEIGH, NC – Cole Real Estate Investments has awarded leasing responsibilities to CBRE|Raleigh for Capital Plaza, a 336,793 SF shopping center at 11825 Retail Drive in Wake Forest, NC.

Capital Plaza is the dominant retail power center in Wake Forest with Staples and Petsmart as major national tenants and Target and Home Depot as shadow anchors. The shopping center is strategically positioned at the intersection of US 1 and NC 98, 15 miles north of downtown Raleigh. 

Charlie Coyne and Christina Coffey of CBRE|Raleigh will be representing the owner, Cole Real Estate Investments, in leasing responsibilities.
