SEATTLE, WA. – San Francisco-based Twitter has executed a lease for approximately 16,000 square feet at Century Square in Seattle. Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) represented Twitter and the landlord in the transaction. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Build out of the space is underway but Twitter is not expected to occupy the space until early next year. When opened, this will be the social media company’s first major office presence in the Seattle market.

Century Square, located at 1501 Fourth Avenue, is a 30-story LEED Silver certified office building with panoramic views of the Puget Sound. Situated in the heart of downtown Seattle, Century Square is close to many Metro bus stations and the transit tunnel, Link Light Rail and the South Lake Union Streetcar. The building offers an onsite conference center, state-of-the-art fitness center with lockers and showers, secure bike storage, and numerous onsite retail amenities including Yard House, Starbucks, Chipotle, the AT&T Store and Chase Bank.
