Parsippany, NJ – Colliershas arranged more than 26,000 square feet of office space for several companies in Northern and Central New Jersey.
Among the transactions:
• The Western Institutional Review Board, which provides human subject protection in research for more than 400 institutions, signed a 7,048-square-footat 202 Carnegie Center in Princeton, NJ. Kevin Coleman, of Colliers International, represented the tenant in the transaction. Boston Properties represented the landlord, Princeton 202 Associates Limited Partnership.
• National infrastructure solutions firm HNTB Corporation signed a 7,026-square-foot lease at 1 Gateway Center in Newark, NJ owned by Advance Realty. Bryn Cinque and James Bailey, of Colliers International, represented the tenant in the transaction.
• Crown Castle USA, Inc., an independent owner and operator of shared wireless communications and broadcast infrastructures, signed a 6,451-square-foot extension at 1200 MacArthur Boulevard in Mahwah, NJ. Bryn Cinque, James Bailey and Jay Kyle, of Colliers International, represented the tenant in the transaction. MRH Real Estate Services, Inc. represented the landlord, Marcon Mahwah, LLC.
• Full-serviceeducation company HealthLogix, LLC signed a 6,223-square-foot extension at 99 Cherry Hill Road in Parsippany, NJ, owned by Normandy Real Estate Partners. Bryn Cinque, James Bailey and Leslie Meril, of Colliers International, represented the landlord in the transaction. Harlan Hollander, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.
