STAMFORD, CT - Colliers International has expanded its Connecticut operations with the addition of leading team Al Gutierrez, as Executive Managing Director, and Ian Ceppos, as Senior Managing Director - Brokerage.
Focusing on both tenant and landlord representation in Westchester and Fairfield counties, Gutierrez and Ceppos have been collaborating for the past seven years when Ceppos joined Gutierrez at CBRE in Stamford, CT. Their knowledge and expertise in the market has led to numerous transactions, totaling more than 5 million square feet for clients such as SL Green, Forest City Ratner, Scarsdale Medical Group, Northwestern Mutual, Alliance Bernstein, The Jones Group, Morgan Stanley, National Economic Research Associate, Inc., and Smith Barney.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Gutierrez spent his entire 18-year commercial real estate career in several executive roles with CBRE’s Stamford, CT office, dating back to CB Commercial. Similarly, Ceppos spent seven years with CBRE’s Stamford, CT office before joining Colliers International.
