Parsippany, NJ - Colliers International has been hired as the exclusive leasing agent for Overlook at Great Notch, a 425,000-square-foot Class A office building located at 150 Clove Road in Little Falls, NJ. Ownership has recently stabilized the asset through recapitalizing the building and is furthering its long-term commitment to this trophy asset as it finalizes plans for building renovations.
The 12-story property — perched on a hill at the juncture of Route 46 and Route 3, and minutes from the Garden State Parkway and I-80 — offers stunning panoramic views of New York City and New Jersey. Overlook at Great Notch also provides corporate tenants up to 200,000 square feet of contiguous available space, making it the only remaining large block opportunity on the Route 3 corridor.
In addition, plans are being finalized for an initial multi-million dollar capital improvement program, including modernizing the lobby and common areas, and constructing a state-of-the-art conference room, and fitness center.
