PRESS RELEASE: Cresa Washington DC Announces The Promotion Of Mike Alcamo To Vice President At The Corporate Real Estate Advisory Firm

Washington, D.C. – Cresa Washington DC, a corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of fully integrated services, announces today that it has elevated Mike Alcamo to a company vice president.

Alcamo, who joined Cresa Washington DC in June of 2012 as a senior advisor, assists companies and organizations across a wide range of industries throughout the Washington and Baltimore markets to align their real estate goals with their business plans.

A few of his select clients include Howard University, Fraunhofer USA, Fujitec America, Wood Partners and Sonalysts Inc. Currently, Alcamo is working on more than two-dozen transactions totaling several hundred thousands square feet of space.

“I’m extremely excited about my promotion to vice president at Cresa Washington DC,” he says. “I’ve really enjoyed my first year-plus here. The culture is a terrific fit for me.”

Gene Sachs, a managing principal with Cresa Washington DC, says that Alcamo is passionately dedicated to serving his clients at the highest level – guiding them through the entire leasing process while, at the same time, saving them significant amounts of money on their real estate expenses.

“Though Mike has only worked at Cresa Washington DC for about 14 months, he has performed exceptionally well, and the other managing principals and I are pleased to name him a vice president with the firm,” Sachs says. “Mike has become a valuable member of our team, and we expect big things from him for years to come.”
