ARLINGTON, VA – Cresa Washington DC, a corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of fully integrated services, announces today that it has negotiated on behalf of PAE in an 11,138-square-foot lease expansion at 1320 N. Courthouse Road in Arlington County’s Court House neighborhood.
In this long-term transaction, Cresa Washington DC Managing Principal Tom Birnbach and Senior Vice President Dennis Tapiero represented PAE, a defense contractor that provides integrated services to support missions around the world.
Cresa Washington DC’s Project Management Services is providing project-management services for PAE’s expansion.
About a year ago, Birnbach and Tapiero negotiated for PAE in its new 71,122-square-foot headquarters lease at 1320 N. Courthouse Road, which allowed the company to consolidate its D.C.-area work force from four separate offices into one centralized location.
With this latest deal, PAE will take the remainder of the 7th floor that it doesn’t already occupy. PAE also has the entire 8th floor, bringing its total square footage at 1320 N. Courthouse Road – including the new space – to 82,260.
