MIAMI- Cable & Wireless Communications Plc (CWC) today announces it has signed an agreement to lease office space in Miami, Florida. CWC will take space in the Columbus Center, an office complex at Alhambra Plaza in Coral Gables, south west of downtown Miami. The office will now be fitted out to meet CWC’s requirements.
CWC was advised by the Beacon Council regarding Miami as the location for its office.
Donna Abood of Colliers International South Florida acted as the leasing agent in identifying suitable office accommodation and on the transaction. CBRE acted as agent for the Columbus Center building landlord, USAA.
