PRESS RELEASE: Handler Arranges Joester Loria Group HQ Relocation to 30 Irving Place

NEW YORK CITY – The Handler Real Estate Organization has arranged a ten-year headquarters relocation for The Joester Loria Group, which will occupy 8,500 square feet at 30 Irving Place.

Joester Loria is a premier, full-service brand licensing agency, creating and executing some of the world’s most successful licensing programs. The firm, which is relocating within the neighborhood from 860 Broadway, plans to move into its new space at 30 Irving Place in February 2014, occupying the entire tenth floor.

The 12-story building is located on Irving Place between 15th and 16th Streets, one block east of Union Square.

“Joester Loria — which represents some of the world’s leading brands — loves the Union Square neighborhood for its creative energy, talent pool, and wealth of amenities,” said Scott Galin, Principal, Handler Real Estate Organization. “They are moving just one block south to a full floor with great views that will be beautifully constructed and an exciting draw both for clients and employees.”

In addition to the prime Union Square location, Joester Loria needed a well-maintained building that also offered abundant natural light, very efficient floor plates, and excellent passenger and freight elevator service.

“30 Irving provided everything Joester Loria was seeking, including a superior build out,” said Peter Newman, Executive Managing Director, Handler, who along with Diana Siegel secured the location on behalf of the tenant. “It’s an ideal solution.”

Jeffrey Smith, of Samco Management, represented the landlord in-house.
