ELMHURST, ILL. – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed construction for the office headquarters of Dairy Management, Inc. (DMI).

DMI is a consortium of dairy producers dedicated to the promotion and success of the dairy industry. Located at 10255 W. Higgins Road in Rosemont, the firm selected J.C. Anderson, Inc. to complete an extensive renovation of its 10,300 square foot offices. The project included the removal of perimeter offices and the build-out of a large open work space and collaboration areas as well as conference rooms and a break room.

“DMI wanted a space consistent with today’s office environments, which is less about the corner office and more about collaborative and open work areas,” said Michael Yazbec, president of J.C. Anderson, Inc. and project executive for the DMI build-out. “We were happy to assist DMI with these updates and completed the project in an aggressive five week time frame.”

J.C. Anderson, Inc.’s Dan Burnette was the project manager and Jose Verduzco was the project superintendent. Architectural services were provided by Whitney.
