HOUSTON, TX – John A. Dobrott, President – Industrial Division of Conor Commercial Real Estate, a national real estate development firm and a member of The McShane Companies, is pleased to announce that Jeffory Stringer has joined the firm as Vice President to provide growth and expansion to the firm’s development platform throughout the Texas region. Stringer will assume the management of existing assets while seeking opportunities to expand Conor Commercial’s development activities through his extensive expertise within all facets of commercial real estate including development, construction, asset management and disposition.
A 17-year veteran of the real estate development and construction industries, Stringer most recently served as Real Estate Manager for Weatherford International, LLC, in Houston, Texas, where he managed a real estate portfolio of 194 properties in San Antonio/South Texas, the greater Houston area, East Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. He also previously served as Managing Director for Stonebridge Real Estate Development & Investments where he acquired over 135 acres of land for development in 12 locations throughout Houston, developed 53 acres and managed the construction of 250,000 square feet of industrial and office space.
In addition, Mr. Stringer also held positions with Insignia/ESG, Inc. and Navisys Group, RM Crowe and Senterra Real Estate Group fortifying his broad knowledge and professional experience across a wide range of commercial real estate services.
