PRESS RELEASE: The John C. Conover Agency Introduces Property Management Division

ASBURY PARK, NJ — The John C. Conover Agency announces today its expansion into property management, a new initiative to give yet another level of service excellence to existing and new clients.

"The Jersey Shore has a large number of ‘unintentional landlords’ who may have bought a second home here but later decided to use it as income property,” says Travis Newarski, who brings seven years of property management experience to oversee Conover’s property management division. He continues, “I provide professional help to deal with a variety of tasks, including screening potential tenants, collecting rent, evictions, dealing with complaining neighbors, maintenance issues and code violations." Broker Gregory Demaras adds, “We know that our customers, as well as their buildings and tenants, will benefit from the consistently high level of service delivered by Travis and the rest of the Conover team.”

President of Business Operations Anthony Newarski, who is responsible for business development and directing marketing and operations for the Conover Agency, agrees. “Travis is the caliber of person we want to launch operations for this new division. We believe he has the dedication and expertise that is necessary to make this venture successful. Not only does Travis provide careful management, but he gives existing landlords a new opportunity to expand and perhaps seek out new investments in real estate.”

Using a property manager can help landlords save themselves from a myriad of operational hazards according to Jack Conover, partner. "When selecting a property management company, you have to think full-service--especially in regards to residential real estate. Not only do you want a property management provider that can handle evictions and vacancies strategically, but you want one that has clear provisions for landscaping, emergency repairs and regular maintenance. Travis has built that network over his seven years in the business.”
