PRESS RELEASE: Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates Arranges 24,000 SF Lease for the Brooklyn Night Bazaar at 29 Norman Avenue in Greenpoint

BROOKLYN, NY – Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 24,000 square-foot lease for the Brooklyn Night Bazaar, a flea market and entertainment venue, at 29 Norman Avenue on the border of the Greenpoint and Williamsburg sections of Brooklyn, NY. Kalmon Dolgin and Neil Dolgin, co-presidents of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, made the announcement.

Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented both the tenant and the owner in the deal. The Bazaar is relocating to 29 Norman Avenue from 45 North 5th Street in Williamsburg.

The Brooklyn Night Bazaar will operate at 29 Norman Avenue on Friday and Saturday evenings, with a wide range of offerings including crafts, clothing, beer and wine, and artisanal food vendors. The Bazaar will also feature an array of activities such as rock climbing and table tennis.

“The Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates team of Vincent Lopez and Jacques Wadler actively searched to find the perfect space for the Brooklyn Night Bazaar in its relocation within the Greenpoint/Williamsburg area,” said Neil Dolgin of KDA. “The building at 29 Norman Avenue was attractive to the tenant due to its central location and existing, vibrant night life scene. The size of the property was also beneficial in accommodating the large variety of vendors and activities the Bazaar offers.”

The one-story property at 29 Norman Avenue is located between Banker and Dobbin Streets in Brooklyn. It is easily accessible from all points in Manhattan and Queens via the Brooklyn Queens Expressway, Williamsburg Bridge, G subway line, and B43, B48 and B62 bus routes.
