(KDA) has arranged a 4,400 square-foot, long-term lease for Express Elevator Construction, an elevator service provider, at 18-25 26th Road in the Astoria section of Queens, NY. Kalmon Dolgin and Neil Dolgin, co-presidents of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, made the announcement.
Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the landlord, Video Concepts, while Matt Cohen of Pinnacle Realty represented the tenant, Express Elevator Construction, in the deal. Express Elevator Construction is relocating to 18-25 26th Road from Long Island City.
