PRESS RELEASE: Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates Arranges 5,000 SF Lease for Sculpture Artist Brooklyn Breeze at 430 Johnson Avenue in East Williamsburg

BROOKLYN, NY – Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 5,000 square-foot lease for Brooklyn Breeze, a sculpture artist, at the vacant parcel of land at 430 Johnson Avenue in the East Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, NY. Kalmon Dolgin and Neil Dolgin, co-presidents of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, made the announcement.

James Dario Jr. and Fred Rufrano of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the tenant, Brooklyn Breeze, while Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez, also of KDA, represented the owner in the deal. The sculpture artist is relocating to 430 Johnson Avenue from a space in Williamsburg.  Brooklyn Breeze will use the land at 430 Johnson Avenue as an outdoor studio space.

The vacant parcel of land at 430 Johnson Avenue offers convenient access to Manhattan and Queens via the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, and major thoroughfares Flushing and Metropolitan Avenues. It is within walking distance to the L subway line.
