LOS ANGELES - International real estate investment and services firm Kennedy Wilson has hired Michael Pakravan, a nine-year real estate retail leasing veteran, to join KW Properties Group, the commercial brokerage and property management division of Kennedy Wilson, as vice president.

A seasoned retail broker, Pakravan has represented both landlords and tenants throughout the Los Angeles, Riverside and Orange counties, working with companies such as Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, Dollar Tree, Big 5 and FedEx Kinkos. He has also received a number of awards, including three CoStar Power Broker awards, and completed more than 400 lease transactions during the past nine years, closing 17 in one month alone.

“Michael’s combination of development experience, business savvy and real-world know-how will be a valuable addition to our brokerage team. His track record as an effective deal maker exemplifies what Kennedy Wilson is all about,” said Ed Sachse, executive managing director of the commercial brokerage division. “We look forward to a synergistic and long-lasting business relationship with one of the industry’s top young professionals as we continue to expand our team.”

Pakravan, who will be based in their Beverly Hills office,  has also successfully represented a wide array of landlords which include Denley Investments, Safco Capital, 7-Eleven, Bolour & Associates, El Tapatio Markets, Parkford Properties and Axiom Realty.

Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Pakravan was a top producer at Center Business Management in Los Angeles.

The addition of Pakravan is part of a continuing expansion in the brokerage and leasing side of the firm’s brokerage division in Los Angeles. In May, the firm added Fred Córdova, Christine Deschaine and Ryan Eddy.

Pakravan is a board member of the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives of Southern California (ACRE SoCal), a non-profit association that provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and networking between commercial real estate professionals.
