CHICAGO – Sterigenics International, LLC., a global leader in sterilization services, signed a long-term lease extension for 24,903 RSF at 1500 Thorndale in Itasca, Illinois, continuing its occupancy of the entire building.
Corporate Managing Director, Jon Azulay and Executive Managing Director, Robert Sevim of global commercial real estate services firm, Studley, represented Sterigenics in the negotiation.
According to Sevim, “this extended commitment came in part because of the building’s agreement to reduce Sterigenics’ operating costs, modernize and upgrade its infrastructure and to improve the cosmetics of the existing building.”
