COSTA MESA, CA—Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has closed a $6.6 million sale at 2995 Airway Avenue.
Bill Garrett, Jedd Zaun and David Bolt of Lee’s Newport Beach office represented the seller BAFA, LLC while Dan Curtis of Curtis and Associates represented the buyer 2995 Airway, LLC. According to Bolt, the building has a tenant in a portion until next year, but ultimately the owner will occupy the entire building. He added, “The building is a prime corner location and one of the best located properties in the Irvine Business District.”
“The number of sales transactions has been steadily increasing along with prices as the recovery continues. Our year-to-date transaction volume is up 70 percent over the same period in 2012,” said Steve Jehorek, president of Lee’s Newport Beach office.
With this closing, Lee & Associates Newport Beach as closed 507 transactions since January 2013.
