Greenville, SC - Lee & Associates Valuation and Consulting Services, the appraisal service line of real estate firm Lee & Associates, has announced the opening of its Greenville office. The new office is headed by Robby Moon, MAI, a 22-year industry veteran in the Greenville/Spartanburg market.
“Robby brings long-term relationships with some of the region’s most influential players,” said Daniel Boring MAI, chief executive officer of Lee & Associates Valuation. “His addition to our valuation and appraisal team will greatly bolster our presence in this market, both on a local and state level.”
Moon is responsible for the preparation of real estate appraisals, feasibility studies, rent analyses and market studies of commercial assets in South Carolina, North Carolina and surrounding markets in his new position. Representative clients have included national and local lenders, state and federal agencies, municipalities, not-for-profit organizations, law firms and developers.
Prior to joining Lee, Moon was the president of Upstate Appraisal, Inc. where he appraised thousands of properties in the retail, industrial, multifamily and office markets throughout the Southeast. In January, Lee & Associates, a national full-service commercial brokerage firm, launched Lee & Associates Valuation and Consulting Services. Based in Atlanta, Boring, who along with Chief Financial Officer Victor Segrest, head the national service line.
