ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL – Lowenbaum REP, a real estate consulting, brokerage and investment firm based in Chicago, represented Weber Atrium Centre LLC in the sale of a 115,000-square-foot flex building located at 715-723 Algonquin Road in Arlington Heights. The buyer was RMS Properties.
The building, which fronts I-90, is approximately 80% office. Current tenants include the State of Illinois and AVI Systems, Inc. which leased 23,000 square feet in early 2013.
Ed Lowenbaum and Jason Talanian with Lowenbaum REP arranged the sale. Colliers' Kelly Joyce and Jason Simon represented the buyer.
Sale price was 2.7 million.
