Luther, Vice President/Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office. The asset’s list price was $4,800,000.
Rod Llanos, a Senior Associate is a seniors housing investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Llanos.
