PRESS RELEASE: Marcus & Millichap Recognized as Technology Innovator Eight Consecutive Years

CALABASAS, CA – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, announced that it made this year’s InformationWeek 500, an annual listing of the nation’s most innovative users of business technology. This is the eighth consecutive appearance by Marcus & Millichap on the InformationWeek 500 list. Marcus & Millichap ranked as No. 171 overall and is the top real estate firm in this year’s list.

Marcus & Millichap earned placement in the Information Week 500 this year for launching a series of cloud-based proprietary functions designed with enterprise-class reliability and performance. The functions provide agents and originators with advanced, mobility-friendly tools that assist them in serving clients and completing transactions efficiently. The company has also made use of public social networks for customer interaction and pilot-tested a mobile version of its customer website, among many other initiatives.
