ORLANDO, FLA. – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has hired Keith D. Kite in the firm’s National Hospitality Group. In his role, Kite is responsible for providing industry leading advisory services and investment sales expertise to private and institutional owners of hospitality assets. He is based in the firm's Orlando office.

Kite has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality, real estate and construction industries. His background in hotel real estate investments includes ownership, asset management, development, and acquisition experience, providing expertise in structuring investment sales, financing and advisory services.
In 2001, Kite founded Kite Properties, an investment, development and management hospitality firm. He is a multiple hotel award winner including the Connie Award for Hampton Inns and the Hotel of the Year for SpringHill Suites by Marriott. He also won the John H. Schuman Business Leadership Award in 2013.
