PARSIPPANY, NJ — Colliers International has added another core executive to its New Jersey team with the addition of Mark Petersen, who will serve as a Senior Research Analyst. He will lead research efforts in support of Colliers’ Northern and Central New Jersey operations, and work in conjunction with the entire Tri-State consulting practice.
Prior to joining Colliers International Petersen was a Research Analyst with CBRE’s Saddle Brook, NJ office. While there, he was honored as NJ Research Professional of the Year and given the Tri-State Research All Star Award and the National Research MVP Award. Prior to CBRE, he served as a Market Researcher for Realty IQ Corporation in Manhattan.
“Mark is an experienced market statistician and researcher, and the results of his research are regularly published,” said Robert Martie, Executive Vice President of Colliers International’s NJ Region. “His comprehensive knowledge of New Jersey’s real estate market is an asset to our Tri-State consulting team and will contribute to the office’s continued growth.”
Petersen will also focus on creating faster, in-depth research and analysis tools to provide clients and brokers with an enhanced understanding of market activity in Northern and Central New Jersey. In addition to preparing market reports, proposals and presentations, Petersen will manage internal databases and provide research services in support of major site selection requirements.
