CHICAGO – Global commercial real estate services firm Studley, Inc. announced today that industrial real estate specialist Michael Mangan has joined its Chicago office as an Associate Director. He will work closely with Studley Chicago’s Senior Managing Director, Bruce McConnell to build the company’s industrial presence in the Midwest with a primary focus on the Chicago metro area.

Mr. Mangan comes to Studley with over seven years of industrial real estate experience and over 8.5 million square feet in transactions in the Midwest. He specializes in representing tenants in new leases, acquisitions, dispositions, build to suits and investment sales. His major transactions include Caterpillar/Progress Rail’s 740,000 square feet lease in Muncie, IN and Northstar Aerospace’s 297,000 square feet lease renewal in Bedford Park, IL.

Prior to joining Studley, Mr. Mangan served as Senior Associate of CBRE’s Industrial Properties Group where he focused on the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial and flex property for corporate, institutional and private companies on a local and national basis. His community leadership roles include the Auxiliary Board of the Big Shoulders Fund and the Hinsdale Central Foundation Board of Directors.
