ITASCA, IL – Morgan / Harbour Construction is pleased to announce that the firm recently completed interior and exterior renovations at 1311 Meacham on behalf of CenterPoint Properties in Itasca, Ill.
The project featured the renovation of 3,700 square feet of existing warehouse offices and distribution space including the replacement and upgrade of high-bay lighting, a new overhead door for truck access into the building and a new underground StormTrap detention system. Morgan / Harbour also laid new asphalt, and replaced and sloped concrete for the existing dock facilities and street access aprons.
Warren Seil, president of Morgan / Harbour was the project executive, Lorin Van Nest was the project manager and JL Callahan was the project superintendent for Morgan / Harbour. Designhaus Architecture provided the architectural services.
