NAI Hanson Managing Director Scott K. Perkins, SIOR, represented the landlord, Kulick Eisenberg LP. The lessee is Solbern, a designer, manufacturer and supplier of food processing equipment.
“Upon the completion of its previous lease, Solbern considered relocating and began to research the surrounding market,” Perkins said. “However, after testing the market and learning that Kulick Eisenberg would make upgrades to the existing building, the tenant decided that this facility was the best fit for its business.”
Improvements to the building include lighting upgrades and the addition of an energy efficient HVAC heating and cooling system.
The single-story warehouse sits on 1.5 acres of land and was built in 1962. The facility is just yards away from Route 46 and has easy access to I-280.
