FORT WORTH, TX – Cypress Equities companies*, the developers of West 7th, announced today that Brewsters Burger Bar and Chiro One Wellness Centers have signed leases to occupy space at the vibrant mixed-use development located at the intersection of West Seventh Street and University Drive.

Brewsters Burger Bar will open a 2,969-sqare-foot location on Crockett Street across the street from LA Fitness. Brewsters will be a unique draft house and burger bar specializing in a quick, affordable lunch for busy professionals, while also serving as a leisurely dinner spot and late-night gathering place for residents of and visitors to Fort Worth’s arts district. Brewsters will feature an exciting happy hour and a full bar offering as many as 60 craft beers on tap.

Designed by The Duncan Design Group of Dallas, Brewsters will have a classic pub atmosphere with wood, leather and brick. The setting will be inviting, modern and comfortable. Brewsters will be operated by Steve Brown of the BPSB Corporation.

Brown brings more than 35 years of restaurant expertise to this venture. He also opened Esparza's Restaurante Mexicano in historic downtown Grapevine in 1985 and Guero’s Mexican Grill in Valley Ranch in 1997. Brewsters Burger Bar is slated to open in December 2013.

Founded in 1992 with the sole purpose of educating families and individuals to lead extraordinary lives of health and wellness, Chiro One Wellness Centers offers affordable chiropractic care to all who seek it.

At the organization’s 78 locations in Illinois, Kentucky and Texas, and through free wellness programming, Chiro One shares how an optimal functioning spine and nervous system can allow everyone to experience incredible health. The 2,563-square-foot wellness center will be situated between Moda Aveda SalonSpa and The Boardroom Salon for Men on Seventh Street. This will mark Chiro One’s tenth DFW metroplex location and is slated to open in the fourth quarter of this year. Travis Ewert with Colliers International represented Chiro One Wellness Centers while Karly Kilroy of Cypress Equities represented the landlord.
