Judith Tell Feldman and Deborah Myers, both Managing Directors at Newmark, brokered the $1.4 million sale of a 14,500 SF industrial flex building at 1 Saddle Road in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey to Boy Scouts of America, Patriots’ Path Council, formerly located in Florham Park, New Jersey.
Helene Strumeyer, Vice President of the International Business Division, negotiated the sublease of 15,000 SF of flex space to Admiral Filter from Titanium Industries at 18 Green Pond Road in Rockaway.
Bill Cunningham, Vice President and Sales Associate, managed the lease of 16,553 SF of retail space to Livingston Auto Wash at 160 Ridgedale Avenue in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey.
Broker-Associate and Managing Director, Deborah Myers, sold 20,000 SF of office space to Somerset Property Investments at 365 South Street in Morristown, New Jersey. The building sold for $4 million.

The former corporate headquarters facility with 26,500 SF of office space and 16,600 SF of manufacturing/warehouse space on over 4 acres of land will be converted to a $13 million state-of-the art community center “village” to serve young adults with special needs by LifeTown, Inc.
