PURCHASE, NY – Northeast Medical Group (NEMG), a physician group affiliated with Yale New Haven Health, has signed a long-term lease for over 4,500 square feet at the Harrison Executive Medical Park complex in Purchase, NY owned by Simone Healthcare Development Group and Fareri Associates. NEMG will use the space for additional medical offices at 3010 Westchester Avenue in the Harrison Executive Medical Park.
Glenn Walsh of Newmark Knight Frank, exclusive leasing agents for Harrison Executive Medical Park, represented the owners in the transaction, and Kevin McCarthy of CBRE represented the tenant.
The Harrison Executive Medical Park currently consists of three buildings at 3000, 3010 and 3020 Westchester Avenue. A fourth building, a new ground-up 85,000 square-foot medical office building at 3030 Westchester Avenue, recently broke ground and has been pre-leased in its entirety to WESTMED Medical Group.
