MINNEAPOLIS – The Opus Group announced today the start of on an approximately 200,000-square-foot speculative industrial warehouse and distribution facility in Shakopee, Minn.
Located with convenient access to Highway 169 and Highway 101, this construction marks the start of phase 1 at the future Valley Park Business Center.

Building features include 32-foot clear height, 37 dock doors, two drive-in doors and approximately 160 parking stalls. The facility is slated for completion in spring 2014.
