PRESS RELEASE: Pliskin Realty & Development Brokers 30,000 SF Lease for New York Sports Club

Garden City, N.Y. -- Pliskin Realty & Development, a prominent New York-Metropolitan area retail real estate brokerage, property management and investment firm, recently closed on a New York Sports Club, a full-service sports and fitness center offering a wide range of group exercise classes, small group training programs and a sports club for kids.. The lease involves a 30,000 square foot property located 625 Merrick Avenue in East Meadow, New York.

Pliskin was the exclusive broker on the transaction, representing both the owner, a private investor. The deal was handled by Pliskin President and CEO Jeff Pliskin, Executive Vice President Marvin Hartman and Sales Associate Christopher M. Wierzbicki.
