PRESS RELEASE: Principle Construction Corp. Completes 10,000 Square Foot Retail Build-Out For Sleepy’s

Bannockburn, IL -- Mark E. Augustyn and James A. Brucato, owners of Principle Construction Corp., are pleased to announce that the firm has recently completed a 10,000 square foot tenant improvement retail project located at 4801 Northwest Highway in Crystal Lake, Illinois.

Principle was selected by property owner, LFI, to convert the existing 10,000 square foot facility into a new retail store for Sleepy’s. Plans include demolition of all existing TI, new wall and floor finishes in three existing washrooms, refinishing showroom walls, as well as all new showroom ceiling, flooring, HVAC, electrical power and lighting.

“One of the main reasons LFI selected Principle Construction for this project was Principle’s proven track record of delivery.  By expediting the design and permitting phases of the project, Principle was able to provide Sleepy’s access to the space two weeks ahead of schedule to allow for the installation of fixtures and to stock the store and train their employees while maintaining the delivery date,” stated Alex Olen. “We worked closely with LFI, Sleepy’s and the city of Crystal Lake to design, permit and construct the necessary modifications to meet their grand opening.”
