PRESS RELEASE: Reed Construction Completes Build-out for Academy of General Dentistry

CHICAGO -  Reed Construction is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 32,000 square foot build-out on behalf of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) located at 560 W. Lake Street in Chicago.
AGD is a professional association of more than 38,000 general dentists providing dental care and oral health education to the public. Founded in 1952, the AGD is the second largest dental association in the United States, and it is the only association that exclusively represents the needs and interests of general dentists. AGD purchased the building at 560 W. Lake Street in Chicago’s West Loop and is relocating their headquarters from 211 E. Chicago.
Reed Construction was selected to complete an interior build-out for AGD on the 6th and 7th floors of the property. The new space features include an open wood beam and column loft space with glass-front, private offices. There are also eight conference rooms, four team collaboration areas, a video production and a design production room. An open area for entertaining was also constructed on the 7th floor.
Bryan Krueger and Kyle Fread led the project management team for Reed Construction. Ryan Esselborn served as the project engineer and Jay Crane was the senior project superintendent. IA Interior Architects provided the architectural services.
