The parcel was purchased by One Off Hospitality Group Ltd., owner of the restaurants: Blackbird, Avec, the Publican, Publican Quality Meats, Violet Hour, Big Star and the upcoming Nico. The group plans to use the space as its office, conveniently located within walking distance of three of its restaurants (Avec, the Publican, and Publican Quality Meats. Scott Maesel of Sperry Van Ness, LLC was the sole broker in the transaction. The property was sold for $1,690,000.
