The property, located at 1200 Ensell Road is a 25,000 SF facility with a mix of three exterior docks, two drive-in-doors and 22-foot ceiling heights on 1.84 acres of land. The parcel was purchased by ScrubAir Systems, Inc, a ventilation and air pollution control equipment company that custom designs and installs systems for large firms and corporations throughout the world. Senior Advisors, Paul Cawthon and Angelo Labriola of Sperry Van Ness, LLC represented the Buyer in the transaction. The property was sold for $1,880,000.

"The buyer had been a tenant in the same business park of Lake Zurich for many years and decided it was time to expand from its smaller facility. We had been working with Tom at ScrubAir for a few years as his business was booming and space was becoming tighter. We are excited to have found the perfect location for ScrubAir to continue to grow. We have seen that manufacturers and businesses are expanding once again.” Labriola & Cawthon said.
