Donna Korn and Jennifer Patterson of Taylor & Mathis brokered the transaction on behalf of owner MetLife. Co-brokers Robert Blumenthal and Bob Schneiderman of DTZ, a UGL Company represented Farmers. Located in Broward County, the 100,000 square-foot, Class A office building is located just off I-75 at Miramar Parkway West and Dykes Road. MetLife also owns the adjacent Miramar Centre I.
