NEW YORK, NY – Los Angeles-based multi-line showroom, Terry Sahagen (T.S.S.) has inked a 3,500-square-foot space at 80 West 40th Street to house its first NYC showroom. The Savitt Partners team of Michael Schoen and Marc Schoen assisted the fashion company in finding the ideal location and arranged the long-term lease transaction. The asking rent at the property was $60 per-square-foot.

Established by Terry Sahagen in 1989, T.S.S. is best known for developing sales for emerging designers to evolve each into globally recognized brands. Her showroom showcases a hand-select mix of unique designers in its spaces in Los Angeles and now in New York City.
