PRESS RELEASE: Transwestern Continues Southeast Expansion with Michael Anderson as Research Manager and Analysts Mary Jane Credeur and Thomas Savage

ATLANTA – Transwestern today announced Michael Anderson has joined the firm as research manager for the Southeast. From the Atlanta office, Anderson will oversee the firm’s research platform by tracking, analyzing and interpreting statistical data and industry trends. He will also assist Transwestern’s agency leasing, tenant advisory and capital markets teams by uncovering new opportunities available in the marketplace.

“Michael is an exceptional research professional whose role is essential to Transwestern’s full-service platform,” said Bruce Ford, president of the Southeast. “His insight and perspective on key trends facing major markets in the Southeast is instrumental in creating value for both Transwestern’s brokerage team and the clients we serve.”

Anderson’s diverse background providing research, finance and business consulting services spans more than a decade. He gained a wealth of expertise as a research manager with CoreNet Global, where he tracked key issues affecting real estate organizations on a global scale. During this time, he also served as chief editor of CoREMarket Indicator, a monthly publication covering real estate and economic indices, and built a name for himself as a thought leader on corporate workplace trends and strategies.

“Transwestern’s commitment to growing a strategic research platform is what differentiates it from others in the industry,” said Anderson. “I am looking forward to transforming a typically back-of-the-office functioning role into one that creates custom solutions and closer relationships with our clients.”

Transwestern has also recruited two additional research analysts to support its expanding tenant advisory services (TAS) group. Mary Jane Credeur has joined the firm as business and financial analyst and is responsible for gathering data and analyzing financial targets of clients. She spent nearly a decade as a financial reporter at Bloomberg News, breaking news on important business developments such as mergers and executive changes, in addition to analyzing financial news and balance sheets, interviewing analysts, company executives and investors. Previously a reporter for the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Credeur is credited for breaking some of the largest local and global business stories.

Additionally, Thomas Savage joined Transwestern’s Atlanta office as a business analyst, tactician and processor for Transwestern’s TAS group. In this role, he will be directly involved in abstracting leases, reviewing documents and aiding Transwestern’s clients throughout the transaction process. Savage joined the firm after graduating from the University of Surrey in Guildford, England with a Bachelor of Law degree.
