PRESS RELEASE: Transwestern Negotiates 40,243-Square-Foot Lease for CFC Print Solutions

Dallas – Transwestern today announced that it has negotiated a 40,243-square-foot industrial lease for CFC Print Solutions at the Post & Paddock building in Grand Prairie. The company is nearly tripling its industrial space, relocating from its current 14,484-square-foot facility at 1555 Ave S in Grand Prairie. The new centralized headquarters will allow CFC to better serve its clients across the country with average turn times of 1.8 days and delivery anywhere in the country inside two business days.

In its five year history, CFC Print Solutions has experienced 482 percent growth and has been recognized by INC. Magazine as one of the 500 fastest growing independently owned companies in the U.S. CFC currently employs 50 team members locally and is planning to increase that number to more than 100 within the next five years. The company specializes in national short-run and long-run trade-only business document printing, including digital, mail fulfillment, financial and small business transactional.

The Great Southwest industrial market continues to improve with another quarter of positive absorption.  While vacancy may be officially +/- 10 percent, when the functionally obsolete product is removed the vacancy is far left. For this reason, face and effective rates are seeing an increase and multiple developers are commencing speculative development in the industrial park.

Jim Hazard and Brad Struck, vice presidents with Transwestern, negotiated the lease on behalf of CFC.  Gil Stroube with Lincoln Property Company represented the building owner, Invesco.
