PRESS RELEASE: Transwestern Promotes Kim Croley to Senior Vice President - National Marketing and Communications

HOUSTON, TX – Transwestern’s Houston headquarters today announced the promotion of Kim Croley to senior vice president ? national marketing and communications. In addition, the seasoned marketing professional was appointed to Transwestern’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Croley, who previously held the title of director ? national marketing and communications, will continue to report to Transwestern Chief Operating Officer Mark Doran.

Croley has leadership responsibility for internal and external corporate communications, media relationships, advertising and marketing services for the entire Transwestern family of companies. Her strategic focus is differentiating the Transwestern brand, as well as increasing the company’s brand awareness and recognition in the marketplace. Croley will continue to work closely with the firm’s marketing teams throughout the U.S. on developing compelling and effective marketing strategies and materials that promote the Transwestern brand.

Croley has a total of 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising within the commercial real estate industry. She worked at Transwestern from 1993 to 1999 and returned to the firm in 2005. Before leading the national marketing team at Transwestern, Croley served as the firm’s regional marketing director of the Gulf Coast and Mountain areas. Prior to rejoining Transwestern, Croley was responsible for marketing and advertising for both the global services as well as the development and investment divisions for Trammell Crow Company’s Houston office.
