DALLAS, TX – The Victory Group has purchased more than 19 acres of land on the southeast quadrant of SH-121 and Hebron Parkway in Carrollton. Edward Bogel, Jonathan Cooper, and David Davidson, Jr., of Venture Commercial's Land Division represented the buyer. Pat Patman of Patman Realty Company represented the seller, HCB Indian Creek Texas, LLC.
Bogel and Davidson, Jr. have 13 of the 19 acres of the property under contract and will continue to assist the Victory Group with marketing the remaining six acres fronting Hebron Parkway.
