BETHESDA, MD - Washington Property Company (WPC) of Bethesda, MD has appointed Joshua Gurland Vice President of Commercial Leasing and Business Development.
Mr. Gurland brings 20 years of experience in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry to WPC. Before joining WPC, he was a Founding Principal of Leland Group Commercial Real Estate, a boutique brokerage firm in Winchester, VA that concentrated on commercial real estate in the Shenandoah Valley and I-81 corridor. In that role, he was responsible for leasing and sales of office, industrial, and retail properties as well as land. Prior to that, he was a sales manager in Washington, DC office of Grubb & Ellis.
Mr. Gurland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Boston University. He is a resident of Bethesda, MD.
