Plano Data Expands Texas Lease to 116,376 SF

Plano Data, a document storage company, signed a renewal and expansion lease with KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II for 116,376 sq. ft. of space at Plano Business Park in Plano, Texas. The lease brings occupancy at the 283,559-sq.-ft. complex to 100 percent.

A document storage company, Plano Data has occupied the entire, 100,000-square-foot Building F at Plano Business Park since 2004 and will now take an additional 16,376 square feet in Building E for a total of 116,376 square feet. Plano is 18 miles north of downtown Dallas.

George Tanghongs and Brett Lewis, of Lee & Associates, represented the tenant in the transaction. Alan Clark and Paul Tichacek, of JSC Realty Services Inc., represented the landlord.

KBS REIT II acquired Plano Business Park in 2010.

It was built in 2001 and is also home to ND SatCom, Inc. and Enterprise Mobile.
