The event’s curriculum will include classes such as “Repositioning of a Challenged Asset,” taught by David B. Henry, president and CEO of Kimco Realty Corp.; “Valuation and Assessments: Reality of 2013” and “Investment Funds and Alternative Capital Sources.”

It will take place at The Westin New York at Times Square. Registration fees are $695 on-site for ICSC members and $895 on-site for non-members. For registration and additional information, please contact ICSC’s member services department at (646) 728-3800.
