RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA—Lewis Operating Corp. has gained $40 million in financing for Santa Barbara Apartments, a newly-constructed, 192-unit apartment property here.
The 95-percent leased complex is at 10855 Church Street, near interstates 10, 15 and 210, and the Ontario International. Completed in 2012, the property has 25 residential buildings. The Lewis corporation has developed more than 56,000 homes, 10,000 apartments and 14 million sq. ft. of retail, office and industrial space throughout the United States.
HFF arranged the 15-year, forward, fixed-rate permanent loan for Lewis through Prudential Mortgage Capital Co. Senior Managing Director Don Curtis led the HFF team.
