NEW JERSEY—Crew N.J. has named CBRE’s Senior Associate Patricia Riedel the 2013 president for the organization. Riedel replaces Cheryl Hardt, also of CBRE, to fill the role.
CREW N.J. is part of the CREW Network, which was founded in 1989 and serves as a business networking organization to support the achievements of women in commercial real estate. CREW Network has more than 8,000 members in 76 majoracross North America.
Based in the East Brunswick office since 2000, Riedel has played significant roles in a number of commercial real estate transactions over the years. During her tenure, Riedel has served on theteam for a 382,000-sq.-ft. flex park at Riverview Technology Center in Somerset; 349,564-sq.-ft office and flex space at Mt. Bethel Corporate Center in Warren; and a 288,500-sq.-ft. class A office building at Perryville III in Hampton.
Riedel served as a CREW NJ Co-Director of Sponsorship in 2008, remaining in that position until 2012, when she became the President Elect and CREW Network Delegate.
