ISELIN—Sperry Van Ness | Richter Grusd has closed twotransactions totaling 245,000 sq. ft. The properties are located at 122 Quentin Avenue in New Brunswick and 601 Prospect Street in Lakewood.
122 Quentin Avenue is a 172,000-sq.-ft. industrial building that was sold for approximately $3.27 million. The sellers, 122 Quentin LLC, are New York-based real estate investors and were represented by Doug Richter and Ian Grusd, Managing directors of Sperry Van Ness | Richter Grusd. The buyer, Healthy Food Brands, was represented by Ed Horne and Marty Kreiman of HK Commercial Realty Advisors.
At 601 Prospect Street in Lakewood, CrystalWare LLC, a manufacturer and importer of disposable and janitorial products, signed a long term lease for 73,000 sq. ft. The tenant will be consolidating their warehouse operations from Brooklyn, N.Y. and Edison into this property. No otherwere involved in the transaction.
