CBRE announced that Harold E. Holliday, John T. Fenoglio, David M. Aaronson and James M. Richards Jr. joined the firm as executive vice presidents in its Houston office. The team will provide debt and equity finance services for clients throughout the region.

Prior to joining CBRE, all four worked for Grandbridge Real Estate Capital.

Harold Holliday has 40 years of experience in mortgage brokerage and in the course of his career founded Holliday Fenoglio, a national mortgage banking firm. He has also served as a member of the commercial board of governors of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).

John T. Fenoglio also has almost 40 years of experience in mortgage banking and co-founded Holliday Fenoglio along with Holliday. In addition, he is a member of the MBA and ICSC and has been a guest lecturer at Texas A&M University.

Prior to joining CBRE, David M. Aaronson was a top producer at HF and a co-founder of Live Oak Capital, a firm Grandbridge Real Estate Capital acquired in 2008. He specializes in debt origination, joint venture and equity placement, investment sales and investor relations.

James M. Richards Jr. spent 15 years as managing director of the Houston office of HF. He has 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry.
