LOS ANGELES—BentleyGlobal, a new commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, has launched. Located in Century City, Calif., the company is being helmed by Andy Stewart, CEO and founding principal.
“BentleyGlobal was formed to provide highly-specializedcommercial real estate brokerage representation, as well as asset and portfoliomanagement services to a discerning clientbase of private and institutionalproperty owners,” Stewart said, in a statement. “In recent years, mergers and consolidations inthe commercial real estate brokerage industry have created lessservice andmore bureaucracy, diluting the ability of seasoned dealmakers to craft andcomplete complex negotiations. BentleyGlobal fills this niche and applies ahigh-serviceapproach and level of expertise in achieving our clients’ leasingand investment goals.”
The company will work with clients on a national level but will focus on serving Southern California clients and properties. BentleyGlobal will provide a variety of services, with an initial focus on leasing, asset management and property management. The new company’s current client roster includes brokerage and advisory representation of a national portfolio totaling nearly 4 million sq. ft. of office, retail and industrial properties.
